I’m all about burgers and all about “all in one” dishes. This recipe combines a bunch of things I love into one delicious meal! This is my homemade version of “The Stack” from HG Sply Co. If you have never been there, you should go! HG stands for Hunter and Gatherer and their food is made from fresh, real ingredients!
1/4 lb. Ground Beef
1 tsp. Avocado Oil
1 cup Spinach
1/2 cup Sweet Potato Bites
Start with making your burger patty. Form the burger patty in your hands and sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place patty in a frying pan and cook on medium heat until cooked half way through, about 5-8 minutes. Then flip over and allow to cook the rest of the way through. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel lined plate.
Now cook your egg. Pour avocado oil in a pan set to medium heat. Once oil is starting to heat up, add egg to the pan, making sure you don’t crack the yolk. Cook halfway, flip, and finish cooking to desired consistency.
Assemble your bowl! Start with your spinach, add sweet potato bites, avocado, burger patty, and lastly add the egg on top. Drizzle the whole thing with some ranch and enjoy!
