Breakfast: Chia Pudding

This week's recipe is brought to us by the lovely Christine Wilson! "It's super simple and a yummy breakfast!"


  • 6 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Add Fruit or even jelly for toppings


  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl, except toppings, and mix.
  2. Once mixed well fill some mason jars and throw them in the fridge over night!
  3. Add your favorite topping the next morning and you have a breakfast ready to go.
