This week's recipe is brought to us by the lovely Christine Wilson! "It's super simple and a yummy breakfast!"
- 6 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Add Fruit or even jelly for toppings
- Add all ingredients in a bowl, except toppings, and mix.
- Once mixed well fill some mason jars and throw them in the fridge over night!
- Add your favorite topping the next morning and you have a breakfast ready to go.
