I have to be honest. Sometimes I really struggle with getting enough fruits and veggies in each day. It's not even that I don't like them. It's more that I just forget to pack them or cook them or eat them. Smoothies are one of my go to ways to make sure I get some greens and fruits in each day!
So Fresh and So Green Green Smoothie
- 1 cup Spinach, packed down
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice (You can sub your favorite kind of milk if you want)
- Ice (Optional - I actually prefer my smoothies without ice these days)
Start with your Spinach, packing it down into the blender cup so that everything will fit (unless you're using a regular sized blender, then you can just put it in).
Add your blueberries, strawberries and orange juice.
Yes, it's that simple. :)
