I love simple when it comes to my first meal. I get up pretty early, so something easy to take and eat helps as well. These overnight oats help start my day right.
- 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Milk or Almond Milk
- In a pint mason jar, add oats, cinnamon, and blueberries.
- Add milk over dry ingredients and secure lid on top.
- Shake to thoroughly mix.
- Put in the refrigerator at least 6 hours before consumption. Will last up to 4 days.
