Breakfast: Overnight Oats

I love simple when it comes to my first meal. I get up pretty early, so something easy to take and eat helps as well. These overnight oats help start my day right. 



  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Milk or Almond Milk


  1. In a pint mason jar, add oats, cinnamon, and blueberries.  
  2. Add milk over dry ingredients and secure lid on top.  
  3. Shake to thoroughly mix.  
  4. Put in the refrigerator at least 6 hours before consumption. Will last up to 4 days.
