Stuffed Bell Peppers

I love this recipe because it is so simple to make and so delicious! 4 ingredients and BOOM - You have yourself a tasty dinner!



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Start by preparing your rice according to the directions on the bag.

  3. Next start boiling a large pot of water. While the water is heating, cut the tops off of your bell peppers and clean the insides out. Once water is boiling, add bell peppers to the water and let cook for 5 minutes. Remove from water and let cool.

  4. Next brown your ground beef in a pan or skillet over medium heat. Once the meat is cooked all of the way through, drain excess fat.

  5. Add the rice and 1/2 - 3/4 of the jar of pasta sauce to the pan with the ground beef and mix everything together.

  6. Place the bell peppers in a baking dish. Fill the peppers with your filling mixture and top with a little extra sauce. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
