1 Sweet Potato
Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Salt (from Trader Joe’s or Costco)
Start by rinsing and drying your sweet potato. Cut off the ends and any weird spots. Then grate your sweet potato using a cheese grater.
Next heat a pan or skillet over medium heat. Add enough avocado oil to cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of oil (about 3-4 Tbsp).
Add your sweet potato hash browns to the pan, spreading them out into a thin, even layer. Allow them to cook until they are brown and crispy on the bottom side (about 5-7 minutes). Then flip them over and allow them to cook until the other side is brown and crispy. Once both sides of your hash browns are nice and crunchy, remove them from the pan.
Sprinkle your Everything But the Bagel Seasoning Salt on top.
Enjoy with some bacon, eggs, and ketchup!
