HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! We at CrossFit Eta have now been open for officially one year! We are so thankful to all our members who help mold us into what we are today. We have the best members! Take today to help us celebrate by doing what we know how to do best: WOD! Today's WOD is in memory of our first day open. We had 8 members that week we first opened (8 rounds), 2nd month (2 Front Squats), 1st day (1 Thruster), year 2016 (16 of the alternating movements). Hope you guys enjoy!
