No class today, but let's make sure not to be too lazy today. Here's a couple tips to help you through the day:
1. Double up on the meat you eat so you'll be full and eat less dessert or other bad foods.
2. Be active. Play some touch football in the backyard with the family. Do 10 air squats every hour just to get the muscles moving.
3. Stretch and mobilize. Especially those following EP, find a ROMWOD or do some yoga style stretching for 20-30 minutes today to get away.
