Warm Up:

Tennis Ball Hand-Eye Coordination drills:
-Partner tosses while kneeling at 5, 10, 20 ft.
-Same hand tosses against wall at 1, 5, 10 ft.
-Hand to hand tosses against wall at 1, 5, 10 ft.

3 Rounds:
5 Depth Drop
10 Push-ups
15 Leg Dip Jumps

 

Clean & Jerk:

4x4 Power Clean & Push Jerk

*On reps 1 & 2 of each set, pause ~3 seconds in the catch of the power clean, then come out of the dip straight into the push jerk without re-dipping. On reps 3 & 4, go straight from the power clean catch into the push jerk without pausing or re-dipping.
