NOTES:
-Divide class into 3 teams that line up behind each rower
-Each person rows 500m at a time before switching
-At the switch, the person rowing moves to a HS Hold which must be held for the next person the be rowing
-At next switch, person #1 moves to planking, person #2 moves to HS Hold, and person #3 starts to row
-After you complete a round on the plank, go to end of the line and rest until it's your turn to row again
